International Certifications
Our desire to offer clients the highest level of professionalism possible has led us to attain Quality Certifications at State, National and International levels. These include:
• ISO 9001 – International Quality Management Systems. This certification is audited annually. To achieve this certification, a company needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide product that meets customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, and aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for continual improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
• ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems. This certification sets out the criteria for an environmental management system. It maps out a framework that a company or organisation can follow to set up an effective environmental management system.
• ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems. This certifications sets out the requirements that are needed to be achieved for an effective health and safety management system.
Training
All technicians undergo extensive training in both technical knowledge (including telecommunications, radio-frequency overview, cabling, height safety, construction industry safety, asbestos awareness, etc), as well as in-house customer service training to ensure we uphold our leading customer experience. Key personnel hold certificates in:

• Radio Frequency (RF) Awareness
Insurances
Furthermore, in the unlikely event that any accident may occur, Install My Antenna is fully insured for damage to our technicians or your property, with the following insurance policies:
